 DAE's office at 1st Floor, Namdev Garnet, No. 37/7 – 1, Aga Abbas Ali Road, Ulsoor, Bangalore - 560042, which operates reciprocal holiday exchange program, and the promoter upon receipt of all payments due to them, shall give the rights of availing DAE’s benefits for total years of membership against the applicable exchange fee of DAE. The purchaser as vacation owner of Signature The Grand Club will be entitle to avail holidays of all DAE AFFILIATED RESORTS over the globe. The vacation owner(s) are also responsible for paying all DAE Exchange fees and other fees prescribed by DAE for use of its services. The current exchange fees are: INDIA / INTER ASIA- Rs 9,000 and INTERNATIONAL – Rs 18,000 per exchange per week, which is payable at the time of giving holiday request to the developer.

Currently in India there are over 95 timeshare resorts affiliated to DAE and these are promoted by leading companies including the Mahindra Group, Royal Goan Beach Club, Group Usha, Jaypee Group, Usha Shriram, Signature Group, Vascon Builders, Kamat Group and Radisson, Le Meridien Taj amongst others.

In case of more requirements of holidays in any particular year you can avail bonus weeks which are usually available through DAE at exchange fee / bonus charges.
